אלכס בחור מדהים. אחרי שיחה קצרה בטלפון שבה תיארתי את הבעיה במחשב. (המחשב נדלק אבל לא עלה כלל והיה חשש שכל התכנים שהיו בו נמחקו). אלכס הגיע במהירות. לקח את המחשב והחזיר לי אותו תקין תוך שלוש שעות. כהתקשרתי הייתי בטוח שלא אשתמש במחשב בשבוע הקרוב אבל אלכס הציל את המצב במהירות ,בנועם ובמחיר מצויין ממליץ עליו בחום ובטוח שאשתמש בשירותיו במקרים הבאים אם יהיו.
